These terms of use apply to www.festfinns.com and the app Festfinns. Read all terms carefully before proceeding. By accepting these conditions, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Primal Productions AB with organization number 556935-6198
If you do not accept our terms and conditions, consent must not be given, the website and the app will be suspended and its services will not be able to be used in such a situation.

(a) The chat function and comments field shall be used with common sense and in a respectful manner. The use of inappropriate, derogatory, threatening, vulgar or offensive language is strictly prohibited. Posts that violate these guidelines will be deleted.
(b) Sharing illegal, offensive, harassing or abusive material is prohibited.
(c) All users must respect privacy and avoid sharing sensitive information about themselves or others.
(d) Additional Obligations of Users:
Rules and guidelines that the people who wish to use the website must follow. This refers to obligations not to behave in an offensive, threatening or discriminatory manner.

Stripe is responsible for all payment processing and debiting takes place by direct transfer from the buyer’s bank account.
